Live tracking for every Omnitub bath we ship — from our Somerset workshop, through the depots, to the moment a driver hands it to you.
Your order number and the delivery postcode are all we need.
The order number is on your Omnitub confirmation email — typically a 4-digit number. The postcode is wherever the bath's heading: home, jobsite, or holiday let.
If you're a customer with a link from us by email, you can also just tap straight in — that link already includes everything we need.
